************************************************************* The Sanford Area Soccer League is in need of new adult referees! Referees
are compensated per match based on the age of the players. Referee fees can range from $12 for an assitant referee to
$50 for a center referee. Referees are considered independent contractors and work when they are available. SASL will hold an entry
level class for all those who are interested in becoming a soccer referee. The class will be held February 7 & 8, 2009 at
the Lemon Springs Ruritan Club. Participants must attend both days. The cost of the class is $67. Must be at least 13 years

Sanford Area Soccer League News
The Sanford Area Soccer League is a non-profit organization 501 (c) (3). The SASL
is overseen by a volunteer member Board of Directors. Each sport is overseen by volunteer sport and league commissioners,
and volunteer coaches. The SASL offers youth soccer programs at each developmental level: recreation, challenge and classic.
The league’s success is dependent upon the dedication and enthusiasm of its volunteers. All Donations are tax deductible, please donate and “Watch Your Donations Grow in the Community”
with the children of Sanford and the Sanford Area Soccer League. Many of the pages on the site are under construction,
