I hope everyone is having a great summer and getting some rest. It is that time of year again for all of you to be planning to recertify as a soccer referee. The criteria for recertification has changed dramatically, so please read the below instructions carefully. All recertifying referees will be required to complete some on line training and testing before attending a clinic.

FOR ALL NEW REFEREES WHO HAVE NEVER CERTIFIED BEFORE
1) Log on to www.ncsra.org
2) Click on Referee Clinics for 2012/2013
3) Click on the link for 2013 New Referee and Grade 09 upgrade
4) Complete the on line registration and follow the instructions to complete the on line training.
5) The fee is $95.00 and must be paid on line
6) You must complete ALL of the on line training before you can attend a clinic.
7) You must attend an 8 hour, 1 day clinic. The 2 local clinic dates are listed below.

FOR ALL EXISTING REFEREES WITH LESS THAN 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE
1) Log on to www.ncsra.org
2) Click on Referee Clinics 2012/2013
3) Click on the link for 2013 Grade 08 Referee Recertification
4) Complete the on line registration and follow the instructions to complete the on line training and testing.
5) The fee has increased to $95.00 and must be paid on line.
6) You must attend a 6 hour recertification clinic. The 2 local clinic dates are listed below.

FOR ALL REFEREES WITH MORE THAN 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE
1) Log on to www.ncsra.org
2) Click on Referee Clinics 2012/2013
3) Click on the link for 2013 Grade 08 Referee Recertification
4) Complete the on line registration and follow the instructions to complete the on line training.
5) Complete the on line testing
6) The fee has increased to $95.00 and must be paid on line
7) YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO ATTEND A CLINIC TO RECERTIFY. YOUR RECERTIFICATION IS ALL ON LINE

Below are the clinic dates for this year. There will NOT be any additional clinics in the Southern Pines/ Sanford area. If you do not attend one of the below clinics, you will have to find another clinic in another city to complete your certification.
